Description:

This week-long event puts the culture, progress and festivity of gay life in the limelight. Denmark, one of Europe's more liberal nations, extends registered partnerships to same-sex couples, and this festival celebrates contributions gay men and women have made to the country and the world. Pride's focus is a grand parade that concludes at Town Hall Square, but during the week preceding it, parties, film screenings and other activities are planned throughout the city. |
